The Vision and mission of Vijayasree Dr. K.V. Kupusamy flourished in the form of Rathinavel Subramaniam Educational Trust in 1983 and his educational venture started with the establishment of a School to cater to the needs of the children of this area. Now there are more than twenty educational institutions situated at different places all over Tamilnadu and Karaikkal in Pondicherry Union Territory. The Medical Trust formed by him has established Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital in 2001. There is also a multi Specialty hospital with 150 beds and all facilities for the out patients and Inpatient Department.
